You may use the songs on your Website(s) as much as you like. The only thing is that you may not re-sell any of the songs from the Libraries or on the MFWP 101 site itself. Below is a simple agreement I had my lawyer draw up just to protect me from Internet Banditos. You may not link to any sound and/or music clip on MFWP101.com. This is bandwidth stealing and is absolutely forbidden.

If any sound and/or song is being used, please give MFWP101.com the credit by placing a link on your site back to us.

All of the sounds and music are royalty free sounds and music recorded by professionals in a studio for the sole purpose of distributing on MFWP101.com as an incentive for the hiring of MFWP101.com in design, promotion and other services offered by MFWP101.com. It is up to the owner of MFWP101.com, Keith Ballentine, for said sole distributership, sale, or any handling of the two to sixty second sound clips and music. Any questions, and/or comments should be directed to the owner.

MFWP101.com, may ask you to provide information that personally identifies you or is otherwise personally identifiable in certain circumstances, including for example when you down load, update or upgrade products, or ask for additional information (“Personal Information”).
